# Empleados y futuros empleados

Todo negocio deberá mantener, como requisito mínimo de funcionamiento, al menos **un (1) trabajador contratado** y permanecer **abiertamente dispuesto a incorporar nuevo personal** siempre que no haya alcanzado el límite máximo de trabajadores permitido por la normativa vigente o con razon justa; la negativa injustificada a contratar, existiendo vacantes disponibles, será considerada una falta a la normativa.
