# Sistema de contratación, ascensos y despidos

* Todo trabajador nuevo debe comenzar obligatoriamente como empleado.
* Tiempo mínimo como aprendiz: 1 semanas.
* Tiempo máximo como aprendiz: 2 semanas.
* Tras este periodo, el jefe deberá decidir entre contratación como\
  empleado o despido.
* Se deberá apuntar la fecha de incorporación en el correspondiente espacio de discord.

Ascensos:

* Para ascender a gerente es obligatorio haber trabajado mínimo 1 mes como empleado.
* El rango de gerente es un cargo superior de responsabilidad y gestión
* El socio no está obligado a pasar por todos los rangos previos
* Se deberá apuntar la fecha de ascenso en el correspondiente espacio de discord.,

Despidos:

* El único cargo con autoridad directa para despedir es el jefe
* En ausencia del jefe, podrá hacerlo el socio
* En todos los casos es obligatorio:\
  \- Informar del despido por el espacio de discord designado.\
  \- Justificar e informar IC a la persona despedida.
