# Normas OOC (aplican en toda la reserva, especialmente  Wapiti) .

* Expulsar inmediatamente a cualquier no nativo/blanco (independientemente de tribu local).
* Guerras Inter tribales permitidas si no hay acuerdo (respeto absoluto en Wapiti).

**Procedimiento para wasichus (escalada por reincidencias, según IDP):**

Primera vez: expulsión (pacífica, robo, castigo leve ej. cortar pelo). No CK.\
Segunda vez: expulsión más dura.

Tercera vez: expulsión con amenaza explícita de muerte.

Cuarta vez: posible CK (con pruebas claras de reincidencias).

Esta normativa asegura inmersión, unidad cultural y defensa del pueblo nativo. Cualquier duda o propuesta de ajuste se discute IC/OOC según corresponda.
